Thinking are designed to introduce the principles of spirituality into
daily life, whilst for those seeking to deepen their spiritual
understanding, the Raja Yoga Meditation course is recommended. Continuing advanced sessions are
available after the
completion of these initial courses.
The
Brahma Kumaris World Spiritual University (UK) promotes the principles
and practice of Raja Yoga meditation, encouraging the development of
the spiritual dimension in life and with it a sense of well-being,
dignity and self-reliance.
As a service
to the community the University charges no fees for any of its
activities, being funded by voluntary contributions. The
University is part of a worldwide network of over 8,500 centres in
more than a 100 countries, the first of which was founded in India in
the 1930's.
